All products, services, and information displayed by Bridal House represent an invitation to offer. Your purchase is an offer that may be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Bridal House. Acceptance of the sale is completed only upon final billing.  

Eligibility  

Bridal House services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any transaction. Bridal House reserves the right to refuse service or cancel transactions if eligibility requirements are not met.  

Products & Pricing  

All products are subject to availability. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly in color, fabric, or design. While we try to ensure accurate pricing, mistakes may happen. Bridal House reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any transaction due to such errors before final billing.  

Prices can change without notice and may vary between store locations.  

Orders & Sales 

 All sales are final once billing is complete. Customers should verify size, color, design, and product condition before making a purchase. Bridal House does not provide customization services. Exchanges, if allowed, follow store policy.  

Payments  

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Bridal House accepts only approved payment methods. We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking or technical issues beyond our control.  

Intellectual Property  

All content, including logos, images, text, designs, and promotional materials, belong exclusively to Bridal House. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability  

All products are sold on an “as-is” basis. Bridal House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using or purchasing products. Any liability, if it exists, will be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.  

Force Majeure (Including Late Delivery)  

Bridal House is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance, including late delivery, due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, fire, floods, or other force majeure events. Such circumstances do not allow customers to cancel or seek compensation.  

Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts.  

Modification of Terms

Bridal House has the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
