Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
The product must come back in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Our team must verify and approve returns before acceptance.
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery only for:
Product damage, or
Size-related issues
To qualify for an exchange, customers must provide a proper unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue when opening the package.
Important Conditions
Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange requests without proper unboxing proof (video or images) will not be considered.
Items bought during a sale or at discounted prices may not be eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise.
